 Refund and Exchange Policy

-Medals R Us offers a full 12-month Exchange and Refund policy if you are unhappy with your items, or if you find a fault in your items.

- Exchange Policy: If you find a fault in your items (E.g. If there is mistake with an item, or if something is broken) let us know, and we will look into it and exchange the item for you for free!
- Refund Policy: If you are still unhappy with your product, contact us to talk about a refund for your order.
- Mailing costs for return are the responsibility of the owner.
