What is your Refund Policy?
- If you find the product is faulty, or there is a mistake you can send it back for replacement or repair.
- Cost of shipping to be covered by buyer.

What forms of Payments do you provide?
- We provide Cash, Credit Card (may incur surcharge), Direct Deposit, Afterpay and PayPal.

What is your shipping policy?
-  Your finished product will be dispatched within 5 business days of completion.

How long does it usually take for my finished product?
- In a normal period, your order will take 4 weeks to complete.
- In the busy period (Anzac day) it will take 4-6 weeks to complete your order.

Do you do Research and What Research do you do?
- I will do research based around information you give me, I can find out - Name, Rank, Serial number, DOB, Date of death Etc. If you would like more information, please contact me and I'll look into it for you

Is there a cost for the research?
- $25.00 an hour, or right to research and do the medals

What is Afterpay and how does it work?
- Afterpay allows retailers to offer instalment plans for online shoppers, allowing a purchase to be paid for in four instalments, due every 2 weeks. Simply shop and choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout.
